Before starting his ecommerce business, Christian was working in IT and building websites on the side.
He experimented with different projects and platforms, but eventually realized something important.
There was too much scattered information and no clear structure to follow.
That’s when he decided to commit to learning a proven system and joined Drop Ship Lifestyle.
Like many new store owners, Christian built his first store completely on his own.
The process took about six to eight weeks, from building the site to getting everything ready to launch.
Interestingly, the day he decided to launch the store was also a major life moment.
His first child had just been born, and while sitting in the hospital with some downtime, he decided to put the store live.
Just a few days later…
The first sale came in.
In this interview, Christian shares what his journey looked like from launching his first store to running multiple stores today.
Inside this conversation, Christian talks about:
One of Christian’s biggest turning points came when he shifted his focus toward better customer communication.
Instead of relying only on product pages and ads, his business started prioritizing direct conversations with customers through phone, SMS, and email.
That personal approach helped build trust and ultimately doubled the company’s revenue.
Christian’s story is a great reminder that building a successful ecommerce business doesn’t require huge leaps every day.
Sometimes the most important thing is simply making consistent progress — one small step at a time.
