This Privacy Policy explains how Drop Ship Lifestyle (“DSL,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects Personal Information when you visit our websites, enroll in our programs, use our services, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this Policy.

Scope & Definitions

  • Personal Information (PI/Personal Data): Any information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked with an individual or household (e.g., name, email, IP address).
  • Sensitive Personal Information: For example, account log-in with password, precise geolocation. We do not intentionally collect sensitive PI unless clearly stated and necessary.
  • Processing: Any operation performed on Personal Information (collection, use, storage, disclosure, deletion, etc.).

Information We Collect

You provide: name, email, phone (optional), billing and shipping details, account credentials, course progress and submissions, support messages, and any content you upload or submit.

Automatically collected: device and browser data, IP address, general location derived from IP, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, timestamps, and identifiers via cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar tech.

From third parties: advertising partners (for attribution/remarketing), analytics providers, payment processors, webinar/CRM platforms, social logins if you connect them, and affiliates who referred you.

Why We Use Personal Information (Purposes & Legal Bases)

We process PI to:

  • provide, operate, and improve the Services;
  • create and manage accounts;
  • process transactions and provide customer support;
  • send administrative messages (e.g., confirmations, updates, security alerts);
  • personalize content and measure performance;
  • conduct analytics, A/B testing, and troubleshooting;
  • market and remarket our Services;
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce terms.

GDPR/UK GDPR legal bases (as applicable): performance of a contract, legitimate interests (e.g., improving Services, preventing fraud, marketing to existing users), consent (where required, e.g., certain cookies/remarketing emails), and legal obligations.

Cookies, Pixels & Similar Technologies

We use first- and third-party cookies/pixels for core functionality, analytics, and advertising/remarketing (e.g., Google, YouTube, Meta/Instagram, X/Twitter). You can manage cookies via your browser settings and, where offered, our cookie banner/preferences. Some features may not work without certain cookies.

“Sale”/“Share” and Targeted Advertising (US State Laws)

We may “share” Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising and use targeted advertising. We do not sell Personal Information for money. You can opt out of targeted advertising and sharing via our “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link (or by contacting us). We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where legally required.

Do Not Track

Because there is no consistent industry standard, our Services do not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. We do honor GPC as noted above.

Data Retention

We retain Personal Information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by category (e.g., transactional records may be kept for tax/audit timelines). When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify data.

How We Disclose Information

We disclose PI to:

  • Service Providers/Processors (e.g., hosting, email/SMS providers, analytics, payment processing, CRM, support tools) under contracts that restrict use to our instructions;
  • Advertising/Analytics Partners (for measurement and ads personalization, where permitted);
  • Affiliates/Corporate transactions (merger, acquisition, etc.);
  • Legal and safety (to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, prevent fraud/abuse).

We provide an updated list of key categories of providers upon request.

International Transfers

We may transfer PI outside your country (e.g., to the United States). Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses and complementary measures). By using the Services, you understand your data may be processed in countries with different data protection laws.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (e.g., encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege principles). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If we become aware of a data incident affecting your rights, we will notify you and/or regulators as required by law.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • access, correct, or delete Personal Information;
  • receive a portable copy of certain PI;
  • restrict or object to processing (including opt-out of targeted advertising/“sharing”);
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  • appeal a denial of your request (in certain US states).

Submit requests to support@dropshiplifestyle.com. We may verify your identity and may deny or limit requests as permitted by law. Authorized agents can act on your behalf where allowed.

EEA/UK: You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Brazil (LGPD): You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, and deletion, among other rights.
California (CPRA): You have rights to know, delete, correct, limit use of sensitive PI (if collected), and opt out of sale/share. We do not use or disclose sensitive PI for purposes requiring a “Limit” link.

Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children. If you believe a child has provided PI, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

Third-Party Links & Social Features

Our Services may link to third-party sites or include social features. Their practices are governed by their own policies.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date and, where required, provide additional notice.
